We love getting into the outdoors, especially in the “winter” time down here in Florida. It’s too hot to get outside in the summer, so we take full advantage during our cooler months.
We discovered a small state park in the town of Palatka, Florida that we hiked recently. We don’t get a lot of elevation changes in this state (it’s very flat), so any opportunity to hike an incline is welcomed! We set out with “grandpa and grandma” to explore the Ravine Gardens State Park.

The park has a small admission fee, but we found the hike to be very enjoyable and only moderately challenging. Naturally, I took a camera along to snap a few photos.
