MY AI CONTEXT FILE

What this is: everything an AI should know about you, kept by you. Paste it into any
AI tool you use, so a new tool (or a new chat) starts from here instead of from zero.

HOW TO FILL IT IN (about ten minutes)
1. Copy this whole file.
2. Paste it into the AI that knows you best, and send this with it:

   "Fill in this template using what you already know about me. Keep my words where
   you can. Put [?] after anything you're inferring rather than remembering. Leave a
   section blank rather than making something up. Leave out my employer's projects,
   my family, my health and my finances. I'll add what I want."

3. Read every line before you save it. This file is meant to be pasted into other
   tools, so anything in it goes wherever you paste it. Cut what you wouldn't share
   with every AI you use, fix what's wrong, and save it as a note.
4. Don't trust that guesses are marked. Check the details anyway.

KEEPING IT USEFUL
- Every time you correct an AI on the same thing twice, add a line under Corrections.
- Reread it once a month and cut what's no longer true.
- Import tools (Claude and Gemini both have one) can move what a chatbot knew about
  you. This file is the copy that never gets left behind.
